The Noble Dog: Running for Love

In 2016 Mr. Dion Leonard entered a 155-mile (250-km), seven-day ultramarathon in the Gobi Desert of China. The race was grueling, so he was surprised on the second day when a small dog began running alongside him. “Throughout the 77 miles (124 km) that she ran of the race, she could have gone off at any stage, but she didn’t. I saw a lot of courage and resilience in her.” What an incredible story of love and devotion! Gobi wouldn’t give up on Dion during the race, and Dion wouldn’t give up on finding Gobi!
