“During a Solar flare time, if you suddenly feel pain, stop using electronic devices and leave immediately, because it might spread fast to other areas of the body. The pain will stop right away after you leave. If you return after some time, and feel no pain, then can continue… It happened to me, and moving away helped stop the pain… May Heavens shield you all.”
