Celebrating the Birth of Lord Mahavir, Jain Religion’s “Prince of Peace”

Mahavir is the founder of the Jain religion. His Excellency former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh of India, once made the statement:” The ideals of Lord Mahavir inspire all to lead a life of compassion and sacrifice.” Supreme Master Ching Hai once also shared a message:” Up to now in our history of humankind, the person who attained the highest Loving Quality is Mahavira. He even advised His disciples to eat not roots, and cover their mouth while they’re going out so that they don’t breathe in the insects and kill them.”
