The city of San Juan in the Philippines has begun construction of an animal-persons care center that will increase the city’s ability to deliver critical services, such as veterinary care, humane shelter, and rescues, to those in need. The three-storey high flood-resistant building will feature a dog-folk park for socialization and exercise, a clinic, a surgery room, separate areas for dog- and cat-individuals, a kitchen, a staff storage area, and more. Excellent news, San Juan city, on the improved facility to care for your animal-citizens. In the grace of the Divine, may all stray animal-residents find forever homes to ensure their comfort, health, and security. Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan): “Happily present the Shining World Leadership Award for Good Governance to the City of San Juan, Philippines, with high salute, praise, and deepest appreciation for your benevolent development of a modern, flood-resistant facility dedicated to the welfare and safety of animal-people. May Heaven eternally bless the caring leadership and residents of San Juan, along with the cherished animal-citizens, in God’s boundless Mercy.”
