After our persuasion, his brother-in-law began to learn vegan food cooking at vegan restaurants and food eateries. After over three years, he opened a vegan buffet in 2013 and has now successfully made a lot of money. During the three-year pandemic, his business has remained the same and was not affected much, as more and more people are adopting a vegan diet. Later, the vegan buffet was passed to their younger aunt (her family was originally selling non-vegetarian food in a market). The sister and her husband took a break for more than one year and reopened their second vegan eatery last April. Everyone enjoys vegan street food.
My husband’s brother-in-law told his friends that it’s absolutely the right time to run a vegan food and beverage business.
