Here’s a neat way to quickly remove duplicate photos on your phone. For iPhone users, the Duplicates feature in the Photos app recognizes similar copies of photos and videos in your library and allows you to automatically merge and delete them to conserve space. Just tap the Photos application on your iPhone or iPad. Then select Albums from the bottom of the screen. Scroll to Utilities and tap Duplicates This will sort duplicate photos and videos next to each other. Tap Merge on any duplicate set. For those with Android 12+, and Google Photos v6.14+, select Library, Utilities, then Duplicate items, and select review side-by-side previews, and then delete selectively. You can also combine a couple of sets of duplicates, or all the duplicates in your Photo Library at once by going to the Duplicates album and hitting Select at the top of the screen. Choose specific items or tap Select All, then tap Merge. You can also get rid of the duplicates utilizing the trash icon at the bottom-right. Just choose My Files, then select Analyze Storage, and hit Duplicate files. Lastly, choose the files and hit Delete.
Here is a healthy pick-up you can share with friends. It’s called, “Liam’s Flawless Logic.”
Three men were competing in a gruelling 41-kilometer open-water swim. Angus gave up at 19 kilometers. Arthur threw in the towel at 25. Only Liam remained. He swam fiercely. Finally he was just 50 meters from the finish line!
“Oh, sweet Mary... I’m completely exhausted. I haven’t got a drop of energy left!”
He stared at the finish flags floating ahead of him, then shook his head in defeat.
“It’s no use... I definitely can’t make it to the end. I’d better turn around and swim back!”
?!
And now we have a heartline in Indonesian, with multiple-language subtitles, from Rachman in Indonesia:
Greetings to Master and the dedicated Supreme Master TV team. I would like to share my experience with using social media. Over the past two months, I have spent four to five hours a day listening to songs on TikTok. This situation caused my spiritual practice to be neglected and become irregular. In October 2025, I had an inner vision. Around midnight, just after I had fallen asleep, I saw myself in the inner vision falling into a realm that was extremely dark and endless. Out of fear, I suddenly woke up.
The following day, I was enveloped in feelings of fear and discomfort throughout the day. That evening, I was still listening to songs on TikTok until late at night before going to sleep. Later that night, I had another inner vision: I was standing in the middle of a village. Master appeared, walking toward me while waving and calling me by my childhood name. Master gave me advice to be diligent in Quan Yin meditation and offered words of comfort before finally walking away.
I believe this inner vision was a reminder for me, and also for other initiates, to be more focused and diligent in meditation, as well as to reduce and limit excessive consumption of social media. Thank You, Master, for Your unwavering Love in helping and reminding disciples of the importance of spiritual practice. Rachman from Indonesia
Insightful Rachman, Thank you for the reminder to be diligent and disciplined in every aspect of our lives. It is easy to indulge in something to excess – especially with activities like watching TV, using social media, and playing video games – while believing that it isn’t causing any problems in our spiritual practice and growth. When our focus is fully on God and our daily meditation, we can see that worldly pursuits have a real price that must be paid. May you and the candid Indonesian people be forever blessed in peace and prosperity, Supreme Master TV team
P.S. Our Beloved Master has a loving reply for you: “Loyal Rachman, the holy sacred inner music, which lifts your spirit up to a higher level of your soul and carries you away from the darkness of a harmful world, is what you need and all you need to go back to the REAL HOME while enjoying a more ideal and peaceful existence in this delusional realm. Most popular modern music carries heavy vibrations and messages that work against spiritual upliftment and instead bring people’s attention to the physical world or negative realms. The music’s low-level lyrics are carried deep into the mind and subconscious without any awareness that it is happening. Your inner vision was a reminder of what is truly precious and important to you – your meditation and soul’s well-being. May you and colorful Indonesia feel the Heavens gently blessing you each and every day. Sending love to you as you practice with deep sincerity, diligence, and care!”
