This love is different from that love. This love is different from unconditional devotion. Sometimes when we love someone, it’s because that person benefits us. That’s too easy. People love one another because it’s mutually beneficial. But when circumstances change, will this love still exist? That is a different issue. Animals can die for us. Don’t say that they don’t understand. When circumstances arise, you’ll know that they understand, and they have sympathy and deep love.
