Now I really understand much more about the whole worldwide web of nature, humans, animals, insects, amphibians, reptiles. And bizarrely, if humans were wiped off the face of the Earth, all these creatures would still be going on about their business, happy as Larry. But if all these insects suddenly stopped, humans would die out, very, very quickly.
