You made some leaders who originally maybe were stupid, but not bloodthirsty warmongers. You made them become like that using bad karma from the world, using any connection with sinful activities, using their subordinates, using people who are greedy for fame and profit to push these presidents into war. Maybe I couldn’t do much about that because they are worldly people, including these leaders, but I have to help many of them get out of hell. They are just ignorant. They are not as sinful as you or the devils in hell. I had to go through a lot of hardship to rescue their souls, trying to wake them up to do the right thing.
