The raw food people, they prepare a very balanced diet. They put different kinds of things in there. Maybe even raw pine nuts and raw walnuts and all that. But you have to know that with too much heavy food, it’s difficult to concentrate. Actually eating raw is more clean. Try to focus more inside and on the Third Eye, so that you can break through and go into a nicer area.
(The non-verbal teaching that takes place… Does that happen when we are not with you or only when we are with you, like physically?) Oh, no. Without also. (Okay.) It’s not physical.
(And then, I think I remember somewhere hearing that meeting you or meeting a living Master is really, really, really, really, really, really rare, a rare opportunity, or something that doesn’t happen very often?) Not really, yes. (And I was just wondering what happens? I mean obviously I know lots of great stuff, but I mean, it seems auspicious. What happens when we meet a living Master? Like, different from being initiated by you, what happens when we meet you?) Then you see me. (Okay. All right. I didn’t know. All right, thank you.) No.
You don’t know what happens? You don’t feel anything special? (Oh, yes! Lots!) Okay, then that’s the answer! Why ask me when you already know? (I didn’t know. Maybe they wrote it down someplace already. You know, I don’t know.) Yeah. You don’t know, but you keep coming. Okay. (Sorry.) No, it’s okay, love. Because it happens very gently and subtly, so you don’t feel the change… Some people feel the change very overwhelmingly. Some people feel the change very subtly. (Oh, I meant like, I didn’t know, maybe they wrote it down in some religious text or something like that. As far as when you meet a living Master, then this and this and this and this happens. I feel like, “Oh, my gosh! I can’t believe that I met you.”) “Oh my God!” If you feel good, then it’s good, love. (Okay.) What else can it be? If you feel that your life has become better and you are happier, and you know inside “This is it for me,” then it is it. (Yes.)
You must have done something in your past life that you merit it. Okay? Your time has come. Your merits bear fruits, and then you meet someone who guides you back Home. And you call her “Master.” Or whatever. Some people don’t call me Master, they call me “Abu.” “Abu” means “mom.” Okay. And when I contact some of you, I don’t say, “I’m your Master speaking.” I always say, “Hey! Big sis is here!” “Big sister,” or whatever. It doesn’t matter, Master or not Master, as long as you feel good and you practice well and you always feel improving in your heart, that is the right thing for you. (Thank you.) And then you know I only pass on the good things. (Yes.) I don’t teach you anything bad. So that should be okay.
Anything else? (When our soul grows, does it take time to see the changes that take place at a soul level or the wisdom that our soul accumulates? Does it take time to see those changes manifest in our physical lives or our physical reality? Like becoming more loving or kind or things like that.) Yes, some people take a longer time, some people don’t take too long. Some people see the effect immediately because that’s what they have been looking for. And to some people, the changes are subtle. Some people are, I see, are more burdened with karma (retribution), a little bit more heavy karma from the past life, so they feel it less. Or sometimes they have a little doubt, and sometimes the change takes too long for them, for example. Or maybe they came, they just have affinity or just a little merit to see the Master, but no more after that. See what I mean? It depends.
